Just won a Tackle Industries 7'6"-8'MH rod, ready to go crappie fishing ;)

Doesn't count.  Subtract $500 from your claimed expenditures, and 5 points from your manhood scale!

:D

I bought one of these tonight.

Why is it that when you get interested in something, I always end up buying similar stuff.  I swear I'm not trying to tackle block you.  You get excited, I buy  :-?

Tackle block all you want. Now I get to decide if I want a similar set up.

9'XH sounds nice....I'll keep a look out....I think a communal musky box sounds like a good idea so I don't go bankrupt....I need to sell some tackle

Looks like I'm going to buy a mints worth of a crankbait that shall not be named, and a new propane lantern, since my Coleman exploded this weekend, LOL.  Man, those things put on a sick show when they fail.

First the nameless jigs, now a crankbait that won't be named. I'm curious about these secret baits now  ;)

Unless you have alewife, it won't help you.

Why does it matter to those in Mississippi?  J's in NY and may well be fishing for smallies.  He's fishing completely different waters at the least.

If I told you it was a DT-16 in pearl grey would you go buy a bunch because someone from NY caught a bunch of fish on them?

And back to this thread.  I bought this about a month ago.

well tyrius, now that i know what the lure mimics, i couldn't care less. besides, how do u know i'm not planning a fishing trip to NY? finding secrets in the world of bass fishing is always helpful though, can't help but ask ::)

Thanks for your opinion Tyrius. I don't remember saying I was going to purchase what he bought. Also, just because a bass up North hits a certain bait, doesn't mean bass in the South won't bite the same bait. I was just interested..
