Super User SoFlaBassAddict Posted August 13, 2010 Super User Posted August 13, 2010 Curado 201E7 and a 6'8"MH XF Cumara to stick it on. I've been debating on buying that exact same setup for a while now..... Wish I had the cash on hand to go pick one up with a Core. Quote
Big Tom Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 Seriously, though, report back on that thing. And I want to hear about actual fish caught on it! What he said. That sure is one peculiar little booger. Quote

Super User J Francho Posted August 14, 2010 Super User Posted August 14, 2010 Got a nice tip from some clients tonight. Had a great time, raised seven or eight Northern Pike, landing three, including one on a fly. Treated myself to one of these: Quote
Super User cart7t Posted August 16, 2010 Super User Posted August 16, 2010 I'm just going to post my grocery list to save time. Working on getting some really good photo's. Hang tight. Quote
Stasher1 Posted August 16, 2010 Posted August 16, 2010 I bought one of these on my recent trip to Kentucky Lake... They must be running a sale because it was only $173. : Quote
Super User burleytog Posted August 16, 2010 Super User Posted August 16, 2010 What, you think you're above the law? And to contribute to the thread, I bought a 36 pack of Angel Soft and two gallons of Premium Plus oil on Friday. Quote

The Trooper was actually pretty cool about it and wrote the ticket for 70/55 when I was actually going a bit faster than that, and didn't cite me for no proof of insurance or registration in the car, which didn't belong to me. Super User J Francho Posted August 16, 2010 Super User Posted August 16, 2010 A ticket for 70 in a 55 is a rare item up here, LOL. What small hick town did you have to drive through to find that one? Quote

I'm sure they write a bunch of tickets in that stretch. It's a four-lane divided highway with nothing to look at and extremely smooth pavement. I was doing 74 (according to the Trooper) and it still felt like I was crawling. My fault for not checking the speedometer. Quote

Super User J Francho Posted August 17, 2010 Super User Posted August 17, 2010 BTW, that meal added up to 196g of carbs, which meant a whopping dose of 10.8 units of insulin delivered via a needle embedded in the fat tissue of my belly. Had I gone for the Mountain Dew, that would have added another 140g or so of carbs. What was that man stuff you were talking about again? That reminds me, my next purchase will be insulin. Quote
Super User BASSclary Posted August 17, 2010 Super User Posted August 17, 2010 Sorry about that, I didn't know you were diabetic. I was just having a little fun with you thats all Quote
Super User J Francho Posted August 17, 2010 Super User Posted August 17, 2010 I have the 512 model, but i use the Silhouette injection kit. I don't use the continuous BG metering, since there are some issues with accuracy, last I heard. Invest is the right term. $3500 out of pocket, $490 per quarter in supplies, not including test strips and insulin. Awesome technology, though. Quote
