Would love to hear your recipes. EDIT: Here's mine. P i z z a Dough: 65% Hydration Add Poolish 18.40 oz AP Flour 13.90 oz 4.50 oz 12.00 oz Water 7.50 fl oz 4.50 fl oz 1.00 tsp Salt 1.00 tsp 0.00 tsp 1.50 tsp Active Dry Yeast 1 1/8 tsp 3/8 tsp Make the Poolish: Combine ingredients, stir until smooth. Cover & set on counter for 11/2 hours. Refrigerate 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator and let sit @ room temperature for at least 3 hours. Try to use poolish just prior to it falling. Make the Dough: Combine remaining flour, water and yeast. Mix until combined. Cover and let it sit for 20 min (autolyse). Add salt and mix for 10 min. Remove from mixing bowl and divide into two equal portions. Let rise until doubled in size (45 min 1 hour). Sauce: 15 oz Tomato Sauce 2 Minced Garlic Cloves ½ tsp Dried Oregano ½ tsp Dried Basil Salt to Taste Crushed Red Pepper to Taste Pre-Heat Oven @ 450 Degrees Stretch dough in lightly oiled pan. Bake for 5 min. Remove from oven and add sauce, cheese and toppings. Bake pizza for 10 min and turn pizza in oven to ensure even cooking. Bake 10 more min or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown. Take out of the oven and remove from pan. Coat crust with olive oil prior to cutting. Quote

CFFF 1.5 Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 Get yourself a pizza stone and heat the oven to 500. Your pizza will come out awesome. I normally do speciality pizza's like BBQ Chicken and Pesto pizza. I don't do much with traditional sauce. Quote
Super User webertime Posted March 28, 2011 Super User Posted March 28, 2011 Whole Wheat dough/crust. .75 lb chicken cooked in a skillet with olive oil and garlic. enough "quality" alfredo sauce for the Pizza. 2 cups shredded Motz cheese. 1 jar of bacon bits or 4oz of homemade bacon bits. 1 cup of steamed broccoli. That's an awesome pizza.... Quote
