Super User J Francho Posted October 25, 2010 Super User Posted October 25, 2010 Not sure if I posted this one here yet. Mine's bigger than yours, Nate! I do love fall browns. A couple more weeks and my ditches will filed with them. They're in the bigger rivers already. Quote
NateFollmer Posted October 25, 2010 Author Posted October 25, 2010 Nice brown! I'm going to find some this year to match/top that one... That's my goal. I finally learned to present my fly without scaring everything away Quote

Super User 00 mod Posted October 25, 2010 Super User Posted October 25, 2010 Nate, brown trout are by far the most beautiful fish ever! That shot is very good! I didn't take this shot, as I am in it, but I just wanted to post a pic of a brown trout I have caught that I loved the color of, especially the sun coming through the tail! Jeff Quote
Super User SoFlaBassAddict Posted October 26, 2010 Super User Posted October 26, 2010 I don't need no stinkin boat! I can walk on water! Quote
Nine Miler Posted October 26, 2010 Posted October 26, 2010 Odd spot to put a bench, and a palm tree. Water level a little high? Quote
Super User SoFlaBassAddict Posted October 26, 2010 Super User Posted October 26, 2010 Actually, that species of palm loves the water like that. Yeah, that was from a couple of weeks back when we had some serious rain. The water level is a good two or three foot lower than that right now. Quote

You're gonna want to target Great Lakes tribs for your best bet at a trophy. http://www.fish.state.pa.us/water/lakes/erie/00erie.htm OK, here's one for today, metalhead breaching: Quote
Super User 00 mod Posted October 26, 2010 Super User Posted October 26, 2010 Top gun is a Krieghoff k-80 sporting, and the bottom gun is a Browning 425 gold sporter (Citori sporting line) Jeff Quote
NateFollmer Posted October 26, 2010 Author Posted October 26, 2010 Nice guns J - do you have that photo in a larger format? That would make me a sweet background (if you don't mind). I will probably be hitting a trib with bassnleo (Eric) this November for some steelies. I hope we can hook up because I have been wanting to fish for steelheads since the beginning of time Took my son to the Rockhill Trolley Museum this weekend. It's a pretty neat place. Thanks but the wife gets credit for that. She has a photography business on the side. My girl is only 5 months and my wife has already taken thousands of pics, her camera is always on the table ready to go. Quote

I'd love to take photos and make money, but I'm not good enough for that yet (need to work on my composition and shooting). Our camera is also filled with kid shots 8 gigs worth almost! Quote

She mostly does like senior pics and family photos mostly of people we know, but the word is getting around and she is getting more customers. She makes like 200 for senior pics which is much cheaper than what the pros charge. Quote
