"Hitman" was a nickname given to me by my platoon in the Army, because I was always volunteering to walk point, do recon, etc., all the dangerous, adrenaline-pumping stuff.  "FO"... I was an artillery Forward Observer.  Anybody that dealt with artillery in the military knows what an "FO" is; the guys out in front of everybody, blowing stuff up!  I've used that name for years as a username on every forum, website, or e-mail address I've had.

Trippy was a nick name that was given to me by these 2 guys when I was in grade 7. I was a new kid to that elementry school at that time because I've just moved into a new home. Everyone started calling me it and it went on through high school and even now, my friends refer to me as Trips or Trippy.

I am chinese so Jai means boy... sort of like Johnny boy in english or in japanese they say son... as in daniel-son from the karate kid.

There you go. My name and its probably the first time I've explained it and to people I don't know :P

Btw, Jai is not pronouned Jay, although people who don't know will say it like that.

How is it pronounced?

New guy here.

cart = Championship Auto Racing Teams. This part of my handle I've used since around 1996-97 on racing forums.

7 = When making a hotmail email addy to access the forums the name "cart6" was taken. 6 was Michael Andretti's number. So I went with 7 which wasn't taken.

Thus the name cart7 was born. I've used it for years on racing and fishing forums.

As for the t?

My original name was somehow deleted and non-retrievable here. I threw the "t" onto the end so I could maintain the cart7 name. In Indy car racing, the "t" car is a backup car to the primary car. In other words, a team can have a 7 car and a 7t car. ;)

My handle means I'm freakin' losing my mind!

A few years ago I recorded a progressive metal demo of eight songs on which I played all the instruments.  It was recorded under the name, senile1.  I have been a guitar player for many years and can also play some keyboard, bass, drums, and the trumpet.

I didn't.  I was a fan of CART racing (also known as Indy car racing).  That was the series that team Nascar team owners like Roger Penske and Chip Ganassi actually run in and succeed big time.  It's now known as the ICS.  Indy Car Series.

Mine is my nickname based on the 1st letters of my last name. I normally spell it Wallz, but that was taken.

When I was about 8 years old it actually started out as Wally. I had a friend who liked to draw, and 1 day he drew an alligator and called it Wally Gator. Said he named it after me. So that became my nickname for awhile.

As I got older everyone just started calling me Wallz. So, to all my longtime friends I have been Wallz for almost 20 yrs.

Jigfishn10 is nothing more than a rededication to fishing jigs this year. My original PB's (LMB & SMB) were caught on a jig back in the late 90's and for some reason I stopped fishing them. This year I decided to go back to them. Just before I joined BR, I caught my new PB LMB on one that I had made.

Sorry, not very original.

In 1967 I bought my first new car, a 1968 rambler station wagon. Used rambler as my handle on my CB and I've used every since. I do tend to ramble on, too.

Catt: Cajun Angler Tournament Tackle ;)

I made lures for myself & select Cajun friends who fished tournaments; the smiley face & wink came when customers asked for a certain lure I would smile, wink & say "That's it" in Cajun.

When I stopped making lure & my wife wanted to start doing things together online we changed it to catt951 (me) & catt945. So Catt now stands for Carol And Tommy Thibodeaux with the years we were born

How's Boudreaux?

Boudreaux and Thibodeaux decided to go fishing one morning at the pond in back of Boudreaux's house. It was dark and when they reached the pond they realized they wanted to cross to the other side. But they couldn't walk around and had no boat or pirogue to cross in. Thibodeaux turned to Boudreaux and said, "Mais Boudreaux, how in the heck we gonna get across." Boudreaux said, "No problem, I'm gonna shine this here flashlight across the water and you gonna walk on the beam of light all the way across." Thibodeaux then says, "Mais, Boudreaux, you must think I'm stupid or something, cause just when I get halfway across you gonna turn off the light."

There's not no real story to my name. I just came up with it when I was younger. I now stand by it on other forums. I'm Forever Endless.

Posted

My first initial and my last name.

I use the same handle on most every forum (mostly guitar forums) that I belong to.

Yeah, I'm a regular fount of creativity.
