Super User South FLA Posted February 6, 2011 Super User Posted February 6, 2011 Was originally going to just order pizza and have a few friends over, but decided I wanted to smoke a pork shoulder. Went to the local Publix and picked up a 10lb. pork shoulder and some supplies for my dry rub and woke up this morning to start the 12 hour process. Low and SLOW is the ticket. Going to bbq some wings for a late lunch as guest start arriving. By the way still order pizza cause the guest list has grown once they new I was cooking up a pork shoulder. Here is pic after about 3 hours of smoking: Quote

CAdeltaLipRipper Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 What's the "Superbowl" ? I guess it doesn't really matter, as all you would have to do is to tell me what time this Superbowl thing is, and with my daily intake being so consistently planned to the 'T' everyday, I could probably tell you exactly what I will be eating Life is too short to sit at home and watch somebody else actually participating in their passion, on your TV ! If your into football, why aren't you out there on that field playing it !?!? Your not good enough ? Then choose something you are good at ! But don't just sit there ! Time is wasting ! Peace, Fish Wow Buzzkill. Tell ya what....I'm really good at tailgating and I am a pro at watching football. The smoker will be fired up and the tops will pop off as many beers as I feel are appropriate. Good times. Yea seriously lol way to be American and not like football. My football seasons over until the second week of June for summer conditioning can't wait its the greatest thing ever.Best sport in the world Quote
