A little more than a year ago I bought a pair of

Danner Boots from Sportsman's Warehouse as they

were closing down a local store. Technically the boots

are warranted for a year and exchange is required

through the retailer.

To make a long story short, Danner exchanged a pair

for me without hassel. I received the new boots in

the mail yesterday.

Thank you Danner!

I'm in the woods quite often with my job.  Lots of boots have failed during the course of the year, Danner is the only one I have found that can take the punishment day in and out.  I usually get a pair every other year.

IMO, Danners are the best boots made.  I have a pair over 10 years old.  Been hunting in the mountains, Boy Scout camps, you name it.  They are holding up exceptionally well.

Fourbizz how are those boots holding up.

They saw about 75 miles of this kind of country this year, usually with my 225 lbs plus a 35ish pound pack. They are still in excellent condition.

I have a pair of Danner hikers, teh all leather 3/4 ish top, that I've had for 13 years and 3 soles.  They are absolute tanks.  Not a featherweight hiker, but fantastic for packing any distance over any rough terrain.  I also have pair of work/tactical boots from them that I've used situationally for about five years and they are of the same ilk.

I wear the Desert Rough Out TFX Danners and they are the most comfortable boot I have ever had.
