Fat-G Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 yah but it changes frequently what kind of car and truck are those? If I'm not mistaken that would be Eleanor and a lifted crew cab GMC Sierra. Mine would be a Ford Superduty with a powerstroke turbo diesel. Crew cab. Then I would get it lifted probably 2 inches. Quote
Super User J Francho Posted January 18, 2011 Super User Posted January 18, 2011 That Sierra is an artists rendition. None such exists. Quote
Super User SPEEDBEAD. Posted January 18, 2011 Super User Posted January 18, 2011 I would also like to have the weather to ride it all year long. Something about that bike, I have loved it since the day I saw it. Quote
MyKeyBe Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 If I'm not mistaken that would be Eleanor... That is definatly not an Eleanor. Looks to be some kind of tuner/drift car? I saw an Eleanoresk GT 500 (almost the same car above but without the sidepipes and the large fog lights in the grill like factory) this summer at work and I proceeded to make a mess in my pants. It was very nice. As far as dream cars go, it qualified. So does this and this and this And... Yeah. I like cars. Quote
Super User Bassn Blvd Posted January 19, 2011 Super User Posted January 19, 2011 Not necessarily my dream truck, but it was badass. I seized it from the dumb ars owner not once, but twice for criminal activity. The engine blew after about a week of me driving it. GMC turbo diesel, FULLY loaded. I think the paint jog cost about as much as the truck did. Quote
Super User J Francho Posted January 19, 2011 Super User Posted January 19, 2011 Time to update....mine has the 6.2. It is an absolute riot in the snow up here. Did about 1100 miles on Sunday on it, still fits like a glove, and comfortable as hell. I'm going 3/4 ton chevy diesel crew cab next. Great move, especially if you tow a lot. I regret not getting the four door. I like the look of mine, but doing the "suicide door shuffle" with the kids gets old. So I guess my true dream car is my truck in a crew cab, LOL. Have you seen the plans for a small diesel for the 1/2 ton platforms? Looks pretty sweet. Quote
CAdeltaLipRipper Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 A 2006 to 2008 Ram 2500 Cummins Big Horn Edition thats silver and grey or black with a 6 to 8 inch lift. One kinda like my dads maybe a little bigger lift lol i love my dads.i said 2006 to 2008 cause the newer ones look kinda wierd Heres my dads.Wish it had its other tires they skrewed it up when my dad ordered new ones and gave him all terrain Quote
Super User Redlinerobert Posted January 19, 2011 Super User Posted January 19, 2011 I took a test drive in the new '11 3/4 ton diesel. With over 700 lb ft of torque, that thing is nuts! It was a loaded LTZ, awesome truck. I love the look of this thing. Completely impractical, but it looks cool. Quote

All that low end torque! Quote
Super User Fishing Rhino Posted January 19, 2011 Super User Posted January 19, 2011 That Sierra is an artists rendition. None such exists. Must be my day to tweak you. That might be what makes it a dream. :D Quote
CSimon2 Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 Ever since I first saw it at the Chicago Auto show as a concept car, the Dodge Viper has always been my dream car. If I ever find $100,000, I am buying myself one of those in blue with white racing stripes. Quote

Super User SirSnookalot Posted January 19, 2011 Super User Posted January 19, 2011 Reliable source has told me that a Hobe Sound, Fl. gentle owns a Ferrari 250 gto, not only does he drive it daily but races it as well I've heard, story has it he turned down $30 million. I'd say he is driving his dream. Quote

bassman31783 Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 For unparallelled driving fun it would be hard to pass up a Caterham Superlight r500. Of course I always drool a little when I see either one of these as well. Quote
JSJ Posted January 22, 2011 Posted January 22, 2011 I would have to say a 1997 Toyota Supra....or maybe the car that I drive now which is a 2006 Red Lancer evo!! Tuners huh. I used to be a big fan, but after I bought one, I changed my mind. There are way too many problems on the 90's sports cars to daily drive them IMO. Yeah, im actually on my 2nd evo. All I have ever known was tuner cars I guess u could say....I first started off with a srt4 sold it, then I got a evo I got tboned by a drunk driver...then got another evo..Ive been thinking whether I wanna build it or not!!! My goal is eating busas on the street!!! If I cant do it with the evo...Ill just go buy me a supra!!! Quote
