Bass_Fanatic Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 I know that there are already threads about ***, but I have a question about how they do business. I placed an order two weeks ago and some of the stuff on my order was not in stock. I recieved a package of items that they had in stock, so can I expect a 2nd package later on of the items that they didnt have in stock at the time?
Super User SoFlaBassAddict Posted January 21, 2011 Super User Posted January 21, 2011 Once they have them in stock, they'll get shipped out to you.
Super User Bassn Blvd Posted January 21, 2011 Super User Posted January 21, 2011 WHAT? OMG, you been ripped off. I'd make a complaint as to why I didn't receive my items that were out of stock at the time I ordered them. : We're not spokespersons for TW but, yes. You'll get'em as soon as TW gets them.
central.PA.bass Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 Is this a serious question? Yes you will get them.
Bass_Fanatic Posted January 21, 2011 Author Posted January 21, 2011 I figured that, but what was confusing was that on my bill it had the items listed that I ordered and was out of stock, but the price for these items were $0.00. I was confused if they just didnt charge me yet because I hadn't recieved the items or if they just weren't going to ship them at all.
central.PA.bass Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 They wouldn't charge you with something they didn't send.... whenever they ship the packaged, you will get charged.. They are very easy to do business with and they won't rip you off.
Bass_Fanatic Posted January 21, 2011 Author Posted January 21, 2011 I didn't expect them to rip me off. I have ordered from TW a bunch of times and have always been satisfied, but I had never order out of stock items before, so I wasn't if I needed to reorder when they got them back in stock or what.
