Super User BASSclary Posted December 26, 2010 Author Super User Posted December 26, 2010 I got some Nike+ frees, the powell wacky rod, cabelas dangerous hunts 2011, a new jacket. Gave a whole bunch of stuff to my family. It is more fun now cause I am older and there is a new generation of kids. I think my nephew got 20+ tech-decks. The sad thing is about tech-decks, in the black markets of public schools he could turn those 20 decks into $100 dollars :-X Quote
Scorcher214 Posted December 26, 2010 Posted December 26, 2010 This is another reason why I hate this holiday. Take a second and look at the people who are getting their homes foreclosed on and who can't afford to make ends meet, or who recently lost jobs. Instead we are transfixed on making sure we get $20 spools of f'n fishing line. Maybe instead of buying someone "a bunch of crap" you could actually think about what someone who loves you unconditionally really wants. Pathetic > Chill out... I got some stuff to decorate my room in a fishing kind-a-way, bucket of dubble bubble gum, Set of The Three Stooges DVDs, and money to go to BPS! Quote

Pathetic > Pathetic coming from the one who is insulting a 15 year old? Whoops, didn't realize you were 15. : You don't need to be on this thread if you're going to hate and put down everyone who celebrated Christmas. For crying out loud, there have been foreclosures and needy people since the begin of time so get over it. If it makes you feel better, not that it's any of your business, but I donated (this year) more items that were worth more money than I received or gave for Christmas. If your reason for being negative is because you fell upon hard times, then let us know and I'm sure we can help make it better for you. Quote
