Super User grimlin Posted December 26, 2010 Super User Posted December 26, 2010 Nothing..... ;D It's usually just about the kids and the family.Actually we really don't have any spending money for each other at that point. In seriousness though.....We don't do our Christmas thing till after tax time. Planning on going to a big mall and buying each other something there. It's been kinda a tradition for us the past 5 years now. I have no problem going to these Victoria Secret and getting her Body lotion. It ain't cheap and some nice stuff in there.Trying to think of something different this year though.I got a few ideas. On top of that we each split up $400 for each other to spend on ourselves. The Mall we plan on going to has a BPS. I may not spend anything there on myself and just wait till i get home and blow it on TW....haven't decided yet. ;D I'm also taking her to Rain forest Cafe inside the mall. Kinda like a little special dinner for us.We both enjoy that. Quote
Super User Bassn Blvd Posted December 26, 2010 Super User Posted December 26, 2010 Shopping was super easy this this year, I didn't come within a mile of the mall or shopping plaza . One trip to CVS was all it took to buy 3 cards. A card for the wife with $440 in it and a card each for mom and dad with some $ in it. My kid mad out though Quote

The Rooster Posted December 26, 2010 Posted December 26, 2010 Got my wife some flannel sheets, a box of powder she wanted, and she's always wanted a grandfather clock with roman numerals on it but we could never find one, they all just have the arabic numerals, as in 1, 2, 3 instead of I, II, III. I found one this year and spent $900 on it. She was surprised for sure. Quote
