snyder needs to get a solid coach, Gruden for example and let them make personnel decisions, and stick with them for 4 years, and see how that works. Gibbs was too old and shanahan rode elway and davis to the SB, as well as falsifying their payroll to go over the cap.Zorn was too inexperienced and the situation was not right for him. A nice experienced coach that can actually coach would be what the skins need.

Grossman is not the answer but neither has McNabb. He has been playing very bad, people can point to a lack of receivers or the O-line. But his play has been bad with decisions and throws where those didn't factor in. Makes me wonder who they will draft, at this point they have to get a qb

I think the Skins know that they're getting rid of McNabb and benching him the last few games this year sounds like they just want to take a 'look-see' at Grossman to see if he's learned anything or gotten any better. Depending on what happens with Rex will determine which way they go in the draft.

If it was me pulling strings for the Skins, I'd be looking to trade up in the draft to get a QB because I dont think Grossman's going to cut it.

I never liked McNabb, I never liked Romo.  I did like Jake Plummer, so maybe my judgement isn't the greatest.

Since they are out of the playoffs, again, might as well see how Grossman is going to perform.

Don't see McNabb in the Deadskins' future so go with the other guy.

Just hope they beat the Cowgirls this weekend so that Jerry Jones will give Satan a $50,000,000 five-year deal to leave Bamasux and go to the Cowgirls.
