Super User deaknh03 Posted December 17, 2010 Author Super User Posted December 17, 2010 I do like the cowboys, but romo is soft. Thats why parcells didn't start him for a while, too soft. Quote
Super User Catt Posted December 17, 2010 Super User Posted December 17, 2010 The Browns beat the Saints. In New Orleans. What more needs to be said. Browns 5-8 Saints 10-3 Patriots 11-2 Falcons 11-2 Steelers 10-3 Saints 10-3 Quote

What do you mean by Romo is soft? Not trying to sound defensive but I just dont know what that means in the context. Quote
Super User deaknh03 Posted December 17, 2010 Author Super User Posted December 17, 2010 Catt, i know. The browns beat the pats too. Quote
Super User deaknh03 Posted December 17, 2010 Author Super User Posted December 17, 2010 and BASSclary, Romo plays great when it doesn't count, but put a little pressure on him, ie a big game, and he's like Mcnabb in the super bowl, puking on his shoes. Quote
Super User BASSclary Posted December 17, 2010 Super User Posted December 17, 2010 Oh, I see what you mean deak and I have to agree. I'm still mad when they lost the playoff game against the seahawks cause he couldn't hold on to the darn ball for the kicker to kick! Although I see him slowly making progress and getting better about pressure and big games. Last year I believe they won all their december games, (something he could never do before) and they handed Philly their butts in the playoff game. The loss to minnesota was just sadenning, but I firmly believe things would be different if the game were played anywhere besides that hostile minnesota metrodome. I guess we wont see any big game progress this year though. Quote
Super User 5bass Posted December 17, 2010 Super User Posted December 17, 2010 I still believe an AFC team wins the Super Bowl. I see the Saints back in it though. Everything is coming together for them to make a strong run. Getting slapped by the Browns worked wonders in New Orleans. Quote
Super User deaknh03 Posted December 17, 2010 Author Super User Posted December 17, 2010 and the browns beating the pats helped them out as well Quote
RussBert Posted December 18, 2010 Posted December 18, 2010 Can Atlanta get some Luv? San Diego is on a roll right now, too. But ya'll KNOW who the best team is, right? ;D (I can't believe there's still talk about the cowboys) Quote
Super User Jigfishn10 Posted December 18, 2010 Super User Posted December 18, 2010 If the Colts sneak in and wind up playing the Pats in the playoffs at some point, then my guess is Manning isn't going to lose twice to them. Same can be said about the Chargers. Saints vs Falcons in NFC Championship game, would be one heck of a game. Quote
northern basser Posted December 18, 2010 Posted December 18, 2010 1) Patriats 2) Steelers 3) Saints Quote
