Super User deaknh03 Posted October 25, 2010 Super User Posted October 25, 2010 name the top 3 teams this year, in order. This year is wacky, no one team really sticks out as being dominant, i think its the 1 Steelers, 2 Jets and 3 Pats. it just killed me inside to write a 1 and 2 next to the steelers and jets. Quote
Super User BASSclary Posted October 25, 2010 Super User Posted October 25, 2010 Steelers Seattle Cowboys Not necessarily in that order Quote
OHIO Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 Steelers, Jets, Colts. I don't think you can ever count the Colts out. Quote
Super User deaknh03 Posted October 25, 2010 Author Super User Posted October 25, 2010 Cowboys? I meant the top 3 teams this year, not 1977. ;D Quote
Super User BASSclary Posted October 25, 2010 Super User Posted October 25, 2010 Cowboys? I meant the top 3 teams this year, not 1977. ;D We're ranked third in the NFL in Total Offense, AND Total defense, AND Passing yards per game, and in the NFC were 1st in; total yards, passing, receiving, . Good team, bad record. We will spank New York tonight if we can eliminate mistakes. Quote
GTrombly Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 1.Pats, 2. Steelers, 3. Titans. I think the titans will surprise people. Quote

They aren't doing so hot. It just goes to show that statistics aren't everything. If you have a great offense and defense, but are consistently turning the ball over and making bad plays on special teams, you won't amount to much. Quote
Super User deaknh03 Posted October 25, 2010 Author Super User Posted October 25, 2010 We're ranked third in the NFL in Total Offense, AND Total defense, AND Passing yards per game, I'm sorry I didn't know you played. the chargers are ranked at or near the top in both offensive stats and defensive stats, but guess what? they suck. It's about the wins and losses not the yards. Quote
Super User .ghoti. Posted October 25, 2010 Super User Posted October 25, 2010 Yankees Blackhawks Celtics Quote
Super User Tin Posted October 25, 2010 Super User Posted October 25, 2010 If they have a bad record than they are a bad team. Would you say the Buffalo Bills and Carolina Panthers are good teams? Just face the facts....the Cowboys suck. Quote
Super User deaknh03 Posted October 25, 2010 Author Super User Posted October 25, 2010 Blackhawks and Celts yes, but Yanks? Isn't it illegal to like the Celtics and Yankees together? I think we have a blue law about that up here. Quote
Super User Hookemdown. Posted October 25, 2010 Super User Posted October 25, 2010 My Vikings suck. My Red Sox didn't make the playoffs. My Sooners lost. Reality sucks. Look out for the Jets and Ravens. Quote

Nice_Bass Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 Colts pitt NE Honestly, if it goes to who can win a game at any moment. It is the Colts. Pitt and NE are better on paper, but I am not sure they would win 51% of the times against the Colts. Just wish my bears looked better. The cowboys are not good on the field- therefore not a good team Quote
Captain Obvious Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 Clary as a cowboy fan I feel your pain but lets face the facts...... We can be just as snobbish as a Yankee fan or a Red Wing fan and say we deserve to win just because we are the COWBOYS. There thats my rant after hearing the national media running their mouths about how bad the Yankees where playing instead of how good the Rangers are playing. Having said that the Cowboys have the same problem as the Yankees. All the money and talent in the world doesn't win games. It takes heart and will to do that. The Cowboys don't have the will to fix their problems or the heart to fight their way though them. GO Rangers Quote
Red Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 I am a dallas fan and they sure are suckin this season. Steelers Colts NYG I hope Dallas wins tonight of course because I am a fan. However I have Eli Manning, Steve Smith, and NYG Defense starting in my fantasy league and I REALLY need a win! Quote

Super User Tin Posted October 26, 2010 Super User Posted October 26, 2010 The Colts have lost some big names and I just don't see their offense being successful against teams like Pittsburgh, the Patriots, or the Chargers. Quote

Super User NorcalBassin Posted October 26, 2010 Super User Posted October 26, 2010 Ravens Jets Patriots Steelers and Colts just outside of top 3 bubble. Crazy season where anything can happen (Bills almost beat the Ravens in Baltimore, Browns roll the Saints in N.O., etc). NFC is looking very weak, which means they'll probably win the Superbowl. Quote
Super User NorcalBassin Posted October 26, 2010 Super User Posted October 26, 2010 Clary... you're way too young to be drinking alcohol. Being intoxicated only make your posts more insane. Cowboys??? C'mon! Quote
