In 1971, Auburn and would be heismen winning QB Pat Sullivan rolled into Legion Field with an undefeated record. They lost to Alabama 31-7. Next week Auburn will roll into Bryant-Denny Stadium with undefeated record and heisman hopeful Cam Newton. Let history repeat. ;D Alabama has nothing left to lose. The BCS title game and SEC is out of the picture, it time to play light out football at home in front of 102,000 screaming fans.

I still have NO RESPECT for Boise State and Standford, NO RESPECT! Regardless of what ANYONE says all I have to say is look at SCHEDULE strength.

My Upset Prediction:

Oregon is going to struggle and lose to ARIZONA yes ARIZONA, Arizona has something to prove after the last two losses and Oregon is the victim.

Regardless of the outcome the PAC 10 is a very weak conference anyway and should not be have a contender in the TOP 5.

Boise State could beat FSU. ACC is laughable..I think PAC ten is better than ACC at this point. I mean Boise State did come in and beat VT..

Boise State will take on Georgia next year at the dome...That be interesting, but if GA defense still sucks then Boise will win.. :

They should have kept Texas at home and let Boise State played Alabama, that Alabama defense would have sent them potato farmers back to Idaho with crushed dreams. Of course if Boise played Alabama today, Alabama probably blow a coverage and let them win. Dre Kirkpatrick makes me nervous in man coverage...

Boisie has mishandled their recruiting and they have a senior laden team which will disappear next year and they will not be as strong, as stated by their coach on Rivals Radio. Unless they make it to the BCS title game this year they may never have another opportunity.

Awbunn also lost to Oklahoma in the Sugar Bowl as I was at the game. OU crushed them.

Oregon is on a crusade and should win out.

Stanford does not travel well so some BCS bowls are not excited about inviting the Stanford Indians.

Wrigley situation was dumb. I wonder what genius came up with that idea?

Would not be surprised to see Awbunn and LSU go down next weekend.

Texas has a difficult decision to make. Have Brown continue and allow Muschamp to escape or give Muschamp the head coaching position.

Friends say it is going to hit the fan over the Cam Newton case but not in time to stop Awbunn from playing for BCS title. Time will tell.

I don't think Mack Brown is going anywhere. They've had a terrible season this year, but they've had a whole lot of good ones. Remember, they are only one year removed from the National Championship game. Everytime the Sooners lose a BCS bowl, Oklahoma fans start calling for Bob Stoops's head. What they fail to remember is the six Big XII championships and the National Championship he brought home in the past decade. Mack Brown is no different. Texas will rebound from this.

If history repeats itself Cam Newton will be running away from his issues like he did in Florida and entering the NFL draft. It's a shame people won't learn from the Reggie Bush situation and the investigation will take so long.

Tin, remember that the FBI is involved but the FBI may not share any information no Awbunn or Newton with anyone until they have their case ready to go forward.

There are a lot of rumors out there about payoffs but I have neither seen nor heard nor read anything concrete.

Awbunn maybe clean; young Newton maybe clean; Missysippy State may be clean.

So who does the NCAA penalize??????

It has to do with some of the boosters of AU and their business matters. Other things are going on behind the scenes that drew the FBI in. Allegedly.
