Captain Obvious Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 Congrats to the Giants you won fair and sqaure. But I have one thing to say http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1ypn0y32Ac&feature=related Quote

jbass Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 Outstanding series for the Giants fans. Timmy couldn't have pitched any better unless Bochy would have left him in to pitch the 9th., but the way Wilson had been pitching the writing was on the wall. I can't wait until spring training........ Quote
bassman31783 Posted November 2, 2010 Author Posted November 2, 2010 Congrats Giants fans. Heck of a way to finish the year. The better team won. Hate to see my Rangers go down but I'm proud of the way they played this year. From never having won a playoff series to making it to the WS, they should hold their heads high. Congrats once again. Super User K_Mac Posted November 2, 2010 Super User Posted November 2, 2010 Norcal I said if I was a betting man I would put my money on the Rangers. Good thing I'm not. :-? No doubt about it: the Giants were the better team. The Rangers had a great run, and both teams represent baseball very well in my view. Congratulations San Francisco. Quote

Texas! texas, although I know nothing about baseball Rangers Rangers Rangers. Lee will be the differance. Texas sweep Woops. ;D ;D ;D Ooops. Woops? Whoops. I usually don't do spelling or grammatical corrections, but this one was just too good to let it pass. ;D Ooops. Woops? An object lesson for all of us, especially me, trying to be a smartazz. From the dictionary. woops (wps, wps) interj. Variant of whoops. Quote
Super User J Francho Posted November 2, 2010 Super User Posted November 2, 2010 SF's young pitching staff really stepped up to the plate (mound). They simply showed confidence and swagger while executing their pitches. I really thought that the Rangers would get two wins, and from Lee. What do I know. As boring a match up as this looked on paper, it certainly had some drama. Congrats to San Francisco! Quote
