You only get paid if you win.   Take each players yearly salary and divide it by the number of games in a season.

Say for example, that equates to 25k a game.  If you win then you get the whole 25k.  If you lose then you only get 1/3 or 1/4 of the 25k.  Whatever money is left over at the end of the season goes to charity.

I bet we'd see some kick ars football then.  We'd see  real blood and players playing like a pro.  No more smacking your opponent on the butt during the game, as if they're on the same team.

No you wouldn't because they would be scared of getting fined for illegal hits and losing money they may or may not get.
