Anyone have suggestions for a gas smoker? I know wood would be preferred but need something I don't have to tend to as much as wood. Not looking for anything huge or expensive, most meals are just the wife and myself with occasional cooling for a couple people.

I have a Brinkman upright gas smoker and couldn't be happier. It came with (3) 12" adjustable grate shelves a water tray and wood chip tray. Enough room to smoke salmon filets, 5-7lb pork shoulder, a whole chicken. Ribs need to be cut to length to fit on the grates. I buy my wood chips from Menards or Cabelas. I bought it to because I wanted to not have to tend to it as often as a charcoal or wood smoker. Not sure the model# but I got it  at Home depot.
