Glad I'm not the only one with this problem. I used to use a WalMart plastic bag for my plastics and whatever I could grab for my hard lures. At present I have most of my spinnerbaits hanging on mono in my shop and I grab what I need and throw in and old Plastic live bait box for hangin on your belt. I've got a pretty good WM special soft case now withall my plastics in it, jigs on top, hooks in one end and weights in the other. I love the long strap for hangin on my shoulder when pond hoppin! Have the 4 large plastic flat boxes either in my tube, inflatable pontoon or my rod box on my boat. But I'm always looking for something better! lp

Just bought a cheapie (FLW) tackle bag at Walmart.  4 good size Plano types in it, room for some bags of plastic, scale, pliers, etc.  Nothing great but for $15 we'll see how it holds up.  Light enough to carry around but still carry a good amount.

Mostly fishing from the bank multiplies this problem by at least a factor of 10. Made do with a little 2 tray box (you wouldn't believe how much I crammed in it) until about 3 yrs ago. Went up to a whopping 3 tray Flambeau :-[ and now it is probably pushing 50lbs. ;)! Just don't think I'd like one of the soft bags and folks are using backpacks now but that would be awkward IMHO. Sure hope someone comes up with something before I get shipped off to the Nervous Hospital ;D...

i use a vest when im shore fishing ,,, its not bad .... you must go to the lake with an ideal of what you want to do ,,, as far as baits .... but once you figure that out your good to go ...

Okechobee Fats, still on the Market? I just checked Cabelas and BPS, and nadda.

I'm pretty sure it's Wal-Mart only.

Yeah I have 2 got em both at Wal-Mart.

Like Brad said, I prefer the 22' long floating tackle box.   ;)

the only problem with your boat is when you go in your buddy's boat.  I got 1 of those large BPS yellow boat bags.  The falcon boxes fit pretty good in that bag as well.

My personal solution is currently Plano 360 boxes in a commercial milk crate. Easy to transport and load, easy to rearrange inside the Planos.

Sigma: Great fishcat pic!!

Milk crates and plano boxes are a deadly combo. I keep the bulk of my plano boxes in milk crates. Real easy to get to and put away. Keeps the boat from getting too messy.

I also second the fishcat props
