That's sad but at least he didn't hurt or kill anyone else in the accident. Nothing makes me more mad than seeing someone talking or messing with their phone while they drive. I have about been smashed into multiple times by people behind me who weren't paying attention.

Isn't it ironic how technology has made cars much safer each year but the people who drive them get worse every year ? It kind of cancels out any gains made.

What's it take to get a license these days ? Do you have to circle the picture of a car on a sheet of paper with random pictures on it ? Do you get multiple tries ?

Haha.  It actually seems like its more work to get a license now then ever before.  A lot of good that is doing.  I know here in Kentucky, drivers have to keep a detailed drivers log and such.

I just wished people used a little common sense.  It says a lot about our society when they have to make a law against texting while driving in the first place.
