Its really hard to 'like' a team that could've won multiple Championships if they had just had some sign of a pulse on offense over the past decade. Instead, they let the Steelers/Colts/Patriots steal the show. It was definitely there for the Ravens taking, they just refused to grab it.

You cant have a defense that holds opponents to 10 or less every game and an offense that cant even get in position to kick 3 field goals in 60 minutes time. Sad.

We got more than just a pulse on offense. Flacco to Boldin, Stallworth, Mason, Clayton and uhoh whos that coming out of the back looking for the dump off, but Ray Rice. We are unstoppable this year. 13 and 3 maybe 2 ;D

I don't have a whole lot of expectations for the 'Hawks this year.  They really can't go much lower.  ;D

That said, they've kept only 30 or so players from last year (so far - more might not make the team), replaced 18 of 20 coaches, and changed a lot of people in the front office.  So clearly it's a rebuilding year.  They've made a lot of smart changes and draft picks too.  How that will play out THIS year is yet to be known. So I'm just taking a wait-n-see approach.

10-7 Hawks at the half!   Julius Jones surprised me.  I think he actually gained more yards in 2 plays than he did all season last year!   ;D

But ya, it's early in the preseason.  So I'm not getting my hopes up.

Well VY looked pretty good. He should've thrown the ball away instead of try and force the ball giving up the interception. Chris Simms just looked terrible. I think Rusty Smith looks decent. He has a strong arm. I hate to see the injury to Stafon Johnson. He looked pretty good tonight. Ran hard. Looked extremely painful and I have no idea how he stood up after that. I'm not sure about our defense.

As for the Seahawks, the receivers look pretty good and Whitehurst really impressed me.

Johnson's injury looked really bad.  That sucks big time.

'Hawks defense looked good tonight.  A couple of interceptions and sacks.  The offense?  Not so much. Whitehurst looked good -- against 2nd and 3rd stringers.  So I'll hold off any judgements until I see him play in regulation.

Still, 20-18 win....in preseason.  Nice, but it doesn't mean much.

Sorry if I sound ho-hum, but the last year the 'Hawks won nearly as many in preseason as they did the entire season.  So I'm not getting my hopes up this time.

Titans looked good.  Had several good plays, and a few promising players.  I think there's reason to be optimistic for the upcoming year.

Well I'm probably a little over optimistic. The first string O barely had any reps so there isn't much to take from that. I don't think Simms looked good. Smith has a strong arm but made some rookie mistakes, no biggy there. I'm not sure what to think about LeGarrete Blount. He didn't seem to be a very hard runner tonight. We'll see. It's like you said though, way too early to tell much of anything.

The Browns have better second and third strings? Their coach may be more aggressive since most coaches are real conservative during the pre season. Or it could simply be that the Browns have less to lose. I know not to take much from the pre season. But I do like watching the games to see what the second string and the rookies can do.

Same thing I said when 49ers beat Indy haha. But anyways I thought our rookie Anthony Dixon looked very strong. He has some nice carries in that game finished with 21 for 100 yards and 1 td plus 3 for 22 receiving. Keeps playing like that he just might be ready for the season him and Gore, YEA!

But yea they did alright. Some seems they want it. Briggs played well besides his fumble when he intercepted the ball. I think they need to let Alex Smith get more time within the preseason.

For Denver Tebow took a great hit on his last play running for the TD, tough guy!
