Rampage vs. Rashad (spoiler inside)

I've heard of a Rampage lure, but what is a Rashad?  Does it come with some sort of sheet wrapped around it?  :-/

ill be fishing that weekend in another part of the WV. If it goes to the ground, i think Rampage will win. IF they stand and bang, i think Rashad has an upper hand. I hope Rampage wins, i can not stand Rashad. If BL and Tommy do come up this way that weekend, i recommend you all stop and fish Plum Orchard. I went up there yesterday to look at the lake and saw a bunch of post spawners cruising around. About 1/2 of the Lilly pads are up  on the surface. The other half around the 7-8 foot mark are about 1 foot from the surface. They should all be up by the weekend of the 29th.

If Rampage is able to land a clean shot on Rashad it's lights out. I wasn't a Rashad fan until he coached on TUF. That changed my mind about him.

I like both guys so whoever wins is fine with me.

I'm planning on getting the Lesnar/Carwin fight.  Other than that, my traveling schedule is pretty much full due to tournaments.  Might not be able to make it up this year.

Rampage has some power, but I think Evans has the edge in quickness.  The shot he laid on Liddell was amazing.

Wish you guys were closer so we could get together for the fight.  Splitting a PPV 3-4 ways is a lot less painful.

Rashad did it. Unanimous decision over Rampage.

Pretty uneventful fight, each landed a couple of good hard shots and Rashad did a lot of leaning on and hanging onto Rampage. Rashad did take him down hard a couple times though.

I'm a little disappointed. I was hoping to see the fight end abruptly, no matter who won. Oh well, Rashad fights Shogun for the title now. Back to the drawing board for Rampage.

Anybody see Duffy beat on Russow for 2 1/2 rounds and then pretty much the first punch Russow lands in the whole fight knocks Duffy out cold?  ;D That was crazy.

And Melvin Guillard dropped a guy with a knee to the stomach. Dude was down instantly.

Didn't really get Rampage there in the 3rd.  Literally probably a shot or two more away from the the ref stepping in .... Rashad gets to his feet and I think everyone but Rampage can see Rashad is not all there.  The breeze from a descent fart would have knocked him out ..... and he doesn't throw a punch for a minute ... minute and a half?!?!?!

Pretty boring fight for the most part.  The hype was exciting though.

As much as I hate Rampage he had the fight won in the 3rd.... you could hear his corner telling him that he had to knock out Rashad to win and he excecuted THEN STOPED!!!! I dont know if he just had no more gas left after he knocked Rashad down, but while he was regaining his breath Rashad was too.... That 1 min. - 1 1/2 mins. is what lost the fight for Rampage.

Yeah, after he knocked Rashad down he threw a lot of punches trying to finish it. Unfortunately most of those shots were either clean misses or just barely grazing Rashad from what I could tell. If he could've landed a couple solid shots while he was down, he'd probably still be laying on the mat right now.

In a situation like that you have to realize that this is pretty much my last shot and just fight past the pain..... I really wish that I could have seen Rashad knock Rampage out in the 1st round lol but a victory is a victory even if its not a very exciting one.
