You can't control water or electricity.

What gets me are the number of boaters who have very little of water safety and do not wear PFD.

Good reminder of what water can do.  I bet there were some surprised guys on that tugboat.

Yeah, several years later when it was demolished after a higher replacement bridge was built nearby

I noticed up until the collision there were people in the frame, but not after. 8-)
