You only get a new custom class slot every OTHER time you prestige. If you got a new one every time then you would have 10 + the original 5=15 slots. By 10th prestige you will have 10.

yeah, i thought you got it every time until you filled the slots. maybe i'll do it if i start getting tired of the game. i havent been this into a game since Counter-Strike on the PC. i almost lost a girlfriend because of that game.

Oh jeeez I bet I'm a 7 or 8 year veteran of CS...only reason I stopped playing was because my PC is junk now and I have a PS3....BOOM HEADSHOT! ;D

i finally broke down and bought a console. hated the thought of having to learn to use the joystick instead of a mouse but now i like it.

only problem with CS was the hackers. i think thats what made me stop playing.

Yeah same here...I'd still rather play with a mouse than a joystick though, I just seem to have better reaction speed that way.

As for hackers, the last year or so that I played I only played in a few select pub servers and I had admin so when a hacker arose and the server didnt auto kick him I was usually there to do the job. I liked having the power to whip out the old ban stick from time to time ;D

believe it or not, its VERY rare in my case, thats one thing i notice that amazed me given the amount of people playing. very well made, well thought out game. More teamwork oriented than COD. COD is too arcade shooter. Ghost recon 2 is another good one, just wish they would come out with a new one already

Man!, its nice to have Crash back! I dont know about the other maps yet, and I still don't like Overgrown, but I just went 36-0 on Crash HCHQ. I only got 2 of those kills off of killstreaks too.

Im still waiting to play overgrow, i like the new level with the apartments pretty exciting. Any truth that the new maps are in the normal playlist now?

The only way I ever get kills is if I am playing at a friend's house and screenlook at all times.  lol.

I bought Battlefield bad Company 2 so I haven't played COD in a while. I always liked Crash a lot, and I also hated Overgrown, but the other new maps seem cool.

I think BC2 is a great game for people that suck at CoD. The randomness and imprecision really helps them out.

All the new maps are pretty awesome. idk people are complaing its 5 new maps pretty much. im enjoying them all, kinda wish they would have fixed the grenade launcher , one man army thing though

COD is a lot more about individual skill, you're right. I was trying to figure out how to explain to my friend why BC2 doesn't seem as competitive and that is why right there. It isn't very much about how well you aim, dodge, or hide, it's more about running round in a bunch of chaos and trying to do crazy things like do suicide bombings with C4 and ATVs or whoring yourself for revives and resupply points...

He's talking about guys standing in the back of the map, launching 2 M203's then using One Man Army to reselect the same class, shoot 2 M203's, then repeat.

I have seen entire teams doing this. If they have one man army pro, they can get off 2 grenades every 7-8 seconds, per player. It is incredibly lame.

I haven't seen that, but I have seen alot more guys tubing lately.
