Our business Outlook has been locked down for several days.  The short story is that one of the employees went where he shouldn't have and now no one can use Outlook because none of the e-mail log-ins are recognized by either going directly to Outlook or trying to get in thru our web site.  The admin password has been reset and we can get to the admins e-mail thru the website but not by going directly to Outlook.  We are trying to get it back so everyones name/password will function again.  We are using justhost.com

Any help tonite would be greatly appreciated, I'll be back on about 7:30cst, thanks

Just looked at the site, it appears to use MySQL. I would image the accounts use table based authentication. It's hard to say without seeing the config, but it sounds like a configuration issue, given no one deleted/purged account records.

I'm assuming your just using the Outlook client to wire up the pop3 accounts, and your not actually using MS Outlook on the back end. So the domain question shouldn't apply here.
