Super User .dsaavedra. Posted February 9, 2010 Super User Posted February 9, 2010 yay now i don't feel stupid for thinking carrie sang out of key at the very end of her performance. and yeah, the who were terrible. but don't you think the rest sounded good? ummmmm no Quote
Bainza Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 For me it was amazing! Im not talking about the who of course but the lighting rig! I am a professional theater techie part time and ive done some pretty big productions, multiple touring musicals and many big bands, but i have never seen a lighting rig like that. I was actually in the kitchen getting some grub when i got a phone call from one of my friends i work tech with and he just said turn on CBS. I actually had to put it on mute but my jaw was on the floor the whole time. Good game though! Me at Skillet Skillet again...these guys just put on an amazing show...if you have heard the song Monster thats these guys I get high for a living...only about 45 feet Third Day has some cool lighting Quote
Scorpio Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 If you picked the "under" on Carrie Underwood's version of the National Anthem, did you win? Quote
Luke at Gouldsboro Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 That halftime show was the worst one yet. These companies want to make sure no more " janet jackson" incidents happen, and they have all these washed up "safe" acts. Quote

Super User roadwarrior Posted February 10, 2010 Author Super User Posted February 10, 2010 Tune into CMT Saturday or Sunday for the weekly countdown. Many of today's Country stars are the best of the all-time greatest. King George and Reba come to mind. They are touring together right now. Those two could have put on a great halftime show. How 'bout Brooks & Dunn? The list goes on and on. However, The Who wouldn't be on anyone's list. Totally ridiculous. :-X Quote
JohnnyBigger Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 I agree on the Brooks & Dunn they put on the best show ever and plus the fact they are splitting after this year, it would have been perfect timing Quote
