Yawn... it's a three and a half hour class... only one more hour to go. This class is like an endurance test... Anyone else in class?

I remember these day, most of my classes were the one day a wee 3.5 hour classes, I feel your pain.

My philosophy class is same way. One of my math class last year was 3 hours long, but it went by fast!

3 hour math... ouch! My roommate has a three hour chem lab, its incredible, I could have never gone the science route.

I'm taking two hybrid classes (2.25 hrs each in class room, the rest online) and one online class this term. I'm so tired of staring at this stupid computer.  >:(

It's not supposed to go the entire time but I have a lab this semester that's from 7:30 in the morning til 12:30. I'll find out Thursday how it goes since it's the first time we are meeting.

That's what I have every Tuesday. A lab for my chemistry class that lasts from 11am to 2pm. On top of that, my teacher feels like we can do 4 labs in one 3 hour class. I don't know how many of you take/took chemistry, but working out some of that stuff is very time consuming.

And I thought 1.5 hour high school classes were long...

Ha! My shortest class in college was 55 minutes. My longest being from 5-9pm. I got a philosophy class from 6-8:30pm.

I've had lab class that was 3 hours, but half of time it only last hour and half. It was a Bio 1 lab. My bio II lab lasted an hour and it was suppose be two hour class.

I spent three hours of my lovely Tuesday night in Commercial Banking  8-) Interesting but classes over an hour shouldn't be allowed.

Yea I commute, no point in living there when I live 11 miles away. Allows me to work, fish, and play more hockey. All the classes I scoped out on ratemyprofessor.com and got all the sweet professors as well. Not many test's but I think I will read more this semester than I ever have.

I don't work on Tuesday or Thursday and I need over 40 elective credits that are 300 level or higher. So I was just looking around while online in my Families in Society class and found it. It is an honors class so there are only 10 people in it. Surprisingly, 7 of which are members of the womens basketball team. It should be fun. The professor is a sports nut, physical therapist, and is as gay as they come. We'll see....

Maybe you should take some longer English classes.

And regardless of the length of your class, if you find a pretty girl to get notes from in each class and proceed to spend that time at the bar you will enjoy college much more! :D

URI is like 65/35 girls to guys now. But there is one big issue. Three-quarters of them are from southwestern Connecticut, southeastern New York and Long Island, or Jersey. Which means....

Fist pound it!

I went to Playboy's 3rd rated school for hot girls, and could at least find one who could transcribe what the professor said!  Normally they could do a little more than that but why give too much credit.

Nah! I amaze my professors and peers with my accounting, economic, and finance skills. ;D

On the other hand, my academic papers are better written than my posts on here..Laziness. ;D

Tin, regarding your last class, Chris Rock said "whenever they make hockey warmer, we are taking over that sport!" ;D ;D
