Super User roadwarrior Posted January 17, 2010 Super User Posted January 17, 2010 This should be a good one! I'm rooting for Favre. 8-) Quote
Steven Ladner Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 I'm also pulling for the Vikings. They deserve this win more then the Aints. It's tough playing in the Superdome though. Quote

pennyankees Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 being over the age of 40, i feel i have to go with farve haha Quote
Copen1822 Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Farve. Hell hath no fury like that man in a playoff game. Quote
Super User SirSnookalot Posted January 18, 2010 Super User Posted January 18, 2010 The winner deserves the ring............I'm for the Vikings, btw guys it's Favre, not Farve. Quote
Super User Sam Posted January 18, 2010 Super User Posted January 18, 2010 Saints. NOLA needs something to rally around. Quote
NewAngler Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Saints. NOLA needs something to rally around. Their bars dont close. They can drink in the street. The have beer specials that are "buy one get two free" They have hurricanes, and hand grenades, and that french donut place! They've got more strip clubs on Bourbon street than we have in DC. They have ACME OYSTER HOUSE!! It is the greatest city in the world, they have enough to rally around... With that said, I'm rooting for the Saints because if the Saitns win London Fletcher (Redskins LB) goes to the pro bowl and takes Johnathan Vilma's spot. Also with that said, Favre is the man, so I wouldnt mind seeing him get another ring and RETIRE. I hope its another show down like the Packers and Cardinals... Quote
SlateTundra Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 I rooted for Favre on my Packers for years, I even rooted for him on the Jets, in no way am I going to root for him while he's still wearing purple. Go Saints...Brees deserves a ring! Quote
Fishing Doug Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Saints. NOLA needs something to rally around. Why? Quote
fishinfewl Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 I'm thinking it's going to be a very offensive game. Not sure who I like in this one. I was rooting for Favre until that 4th TD pass against the Cowboys. Just not cool. Quote
Super User Catt Posted January 19, 2010 Super User Posted January 19, 2010 I don't understand how it Favre's fault Dallas can not play defense Quote

Super User Catt Posted January 19, 2010 Super User Posted January 19, 2010 The Vikings do not have enough good secondary players to cover all of the options that Brees has. Then factor in Sean Payton well be able to dial up that running game with Reggie Bush showing why the Saints drafted him No. 1. The Saints seem to have all their weapons back on offense and Drew Brees knows how to distribute the ball. Quote

Maybe the starters should have been taken out, but I think fans are entitled to all of the sixty minutes they pay for. You can bet the Viking fans didn't mind a little revenge. 8-) Quote

The Saints seem to have all their weapons back on offense and Drew Brees knows how to distribute the ball. He won't be able to distribute the ball with the Vikings defense and pass rush coming down on him. Romo's line is better than that of the Saints and he can run but was still sacked six times and fumbled three times. The Saint's big issue has been stopping the run. And Minnesota has one of if not the best running back in the league. I don't see how New Orleans has a chance. Quote
