Super User South FLA Posted January 11, 2010 Super User Posted January 11, 2010 I heard the second half of the game on the radio on the way back from the dove fields WOW! Its probably the best football game I've ever heard/watched as far as excitement, can only be topped by the Miami-Chargers double overtime playoff game that I attended as kid in 1982. I would love a Kurt/Brett matchup in the NFC Championship game! http://www.inhistoric.com/2010/1/1/998899/1-02-1982-the-epic-in-miami Quote
Super User MALTESE FALCON Posted January 11, 2010 Super User Posted January 11, 2010 WOW!!! What a game. My wife, who is a "luke warm" football fan at best, didn't leave the couch in the second half. Falcon Quote
Super User firefightn15 Posted January 11, 2010 Super User Posted January 11, 2010 I was off my chair about every other play. ;D Quote
Super User Grey Wolf Posted January 11, 2010 Super User Posted January 11, 2010 Not a fan of either team but it was the most exciting game I've watch in a long time. Quote
Super User K_Mac Posted January 11, 2010 Super User Posted January 11, 2010 I did not get to one minute of the game (live) . While I am also not a big fan of either team, I sure hate that I missed an instant classic offensive battle. I am a HUGE fan of Kurt Warner. He is the real deal. I'd like to see him get another ring before Social Security retirement kicks in. Quote
christopherjake Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 Kurt Warner is the man! Awesome offensive fire power these two teams displayed. Quote
christopherjake Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 Kurt Warner is the man! Awesome offensive fire power these two teams displayed. Scoring that many points in a playoff game is just silly though. No D. (and you know what wins championships) Cardinals will be history soon as well. b Don't undestimate the red birds. They made it to the Superbowl last year and would have won it hadn't it been for the Steelers "potent offense." You can look at either way. Cardinals D lost the game or Steelers O won the game. Quote
zero limit Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 I am happy for aaron or ERIN rodgers, how many times did he point to the heavens after a big play? I am guessing he did go to church enough to win this one Quote

Too late! ;D Allowing 40+ in the first playoff game. Can't be a good sign. b Putting up 40+ points against one of the NFL top ranked defense can't be all that bad either. We shall see. Quote
bass or bass ? Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 The Cardinals were written off in every post season game last year and this year, yet they have proven everyone wrong so far. Any team should feel apprehension about facing them this time of year. GO CARDS!!!! Quote
