Ticked off at BASS

I ordered the Fishing log/ Day planer in Mid November for my dad as a X mas. Now here it is Xmas eve and it's still not freaking here. It's just plain pitiful that they are this slow. I didn't even get a email saying hey despite us advertising it as a Xmas gift we're sorry for not getting it to you before Xmas! >

That seems long even for BPS, usually I recieve my orders within 10 days, when you ordered did you notice they had a "if item is on back order may we send it to you at another time " and if you clicked it or not?
