NewAngler Posted December 11, 2009 Posted December 11, 2009 I'm going to love this one... Sorry Lucky Craft Man... So what's worse... The SUPERBOWL DEFENDING CHAMPS LOOSING to the 1-11 Browns or; The Redskins loosing to the Lions. Who snapped a 19 (?) game loosing streak? VOTE: STEELERS Quote
Super User Grey Wolf Posted December 11, 2009 Super User Posted December 11, 2009 BOTH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quote
Super User Tin Posted December 11, 2009 Super User Posted December 11, 2009 The Pats loosing to the Fish last weekend and the embarrassing week of cry-baby crap from Moss and Thomas this week in Foxboro. Quote

The Fish went 11-5 last year..... It doesn't matter, up here, there are two rules for the Pats. 1. Never loose to the Jets 2. Never loose to the Fish They have done both this year and now rank 29th in the league in second half offensive production. Robert Craft probably hasn't slept in weeks. Quote
NewAngler Posted December 11, 2009 Author Posted December 11, 2009 I guess you're right. But that's more of a local heartbreak. The Skins loosing to the Lions is local too, but they lost 19 in a row. Steelers on the otherhand, might be the laughing stock for a while. forever. Quote
Lucky Craft Man Posted December 11, 2009 Posted December 11, 2009 I am going to say the Redskins losing to the Lions, because if you listened to Matt Millen last night, the Browns are easily the best team in the NFL and nobody should be able to beat them (I couldn't believe how much he was sucking the Browns, well you know what. Is he trying to position himself for a job in the Browns front office to help them achieve the perfect season, like he did with the Lions and their perfect 0-16 season?) Quote

The Cleveland Browns?!?! hahaha. That Joshua Cribbs is something else though. Quote
preach4bass Posted December 11, 2009 Posted December 11, 2009 The Redskins. As a Cowboy's fan, the Redskins are always worse! ;D Quote
Lucky Craft Man Posted December 11, 2009 Posted December 11, 2009 Actually, had the Saints lost to the Redskins, that would have been the worst loss of the season. So, I guess getting beat by a horrible team is better than being that horrible team who administers the loss. Quote
tyrius. Posted December 11, 2009 Posted December 11, 2009 The answer is clear. Whoever loses to the Lions deserves the award. Quote
Uncle Leo Posted December 11, 2009 Posted December 11, 2009 Seems to me that someone is trying to justify how much the Redskins suck. Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted December 11, 2009 BassResource.com Administrator Posted December 11, 2009 Considering I think watching the Browns sack Big R eight times a GREAT thing, I'd have to go with the Redskins. ;D Quote

Posted December 11, 2009 Super User Posted December 11, 2009 Considering I think watching the Browns sack Big R eight times a GREAT thing, I'd have to go with the Redskins. ;D I can only hope the scheduling gods are kind enough to grant Pittsburgh the chance to play Seattle again. I would leave Seattle alone...it took them 30 years to just make it to the Superbowl (and may take them another 30 years to get there again). We as Pittsburgh Steelers fans have been fortunate enough to have experienced 7 Superbowls and even more fortunate to have won 6. Therefore, I will take this beating from all others, while realizing that these fans have been taking the same beating for a much longer time. Quote
fish-fighting-illini Posted December 12, 2009 Posted December 12, 2009 Neither. I don't see how you can even think this is close. Pitt losing to KC, OAK & Cle has to be the worst! Even with my being a Bears fan that is just plain bad! Quote
Super User burleytog Posted December 12, 2009 Super User Posted December 12, 2009 A loost game is a bad thing. :-X Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Keri Posted December 12, 2009 BassResource.com Administrator Posted December 12, 2009 Pitt loosing to KC, OAK & Cle priceless. At least the Redskins have an excuse and as for the Seahawks, we're used to it. Quote
NewAngler Posted December 12, 2009 Author Posted December 12, 2009 Seems to me that someone is trying to justify how much the Redskins suck. Not me, pal. I'm the biggest optimistic about the Skins, and even I can't polish this turd. I'd say the Skins were a worse loss, but we're coming off an 8-8 season last year. I don't know if you watched football last year, but the Steelers won. Quote
Super User Sam Posted December 12, 2009 Super User Posted December 12, 2009 VOTE: Deadskins. Very disappointing season for the Deadskins. :'( Quote
bass or bass ? Posted December 13, 2009 Posted December 13, 2009 Concerning either team; to quote Homer Simpson, "they're the suckiest bunch of sucks that ever sucked". Quote
VABassin'14 Posted December 13, 2009 Posted December 13, 2009 Let me just start throwing out some names real quick. What do Chris Cooley, Chris Samuels, Randy Thomas, Clinton Portis, Ladell Betts, Chris Horton, Jeremy Jarmon, and a couple other players on the Redskins have in common? They are all on the IR. Not to mention the fact that we are on our 5th right guard of the season and 3rd LT of the year. Oh yeah, an unhealthy Albert Haynesworth and DeAngilo Hall are also on the long list of hurt redskins. Also, I heard earlier in the week that the pro bowl NFC Full Back, Mike Sellers wont be able to play this weekend. And you wonder why the Redskins have struggled? Quote
detroit1 Posted December 13, 2009 Posted December 13, 2009 Steelers' losses are way worse than any team losing to the Lions. I think the lions have had 15 starters at left guard since 2000, and they are still trying to find one. Thanks Millen. Every time i see that blockhead on my t.v., i let the expletives fly. Why would anyone want to hear what this moron has to say about ANYTHING? Quote
guitarkid Posted December 14, 2009 Posted December 14, 2009 I would have to say it would suck the most to be the lions. Anytime you hit your own guy and they run it back for a touch down it is not good. -gk Quote
