Daniel My Brother Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Are you missing a social security check? Birthday card? Electric bill? My buddy was fishing a ditch near his family farm and stumbled across this. Bundles of undelivered mail thrown into the channel. He gathered what he could find and turned it in. The post office is investigating. It's amazing what you find fishing. Quote
done Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Someone is going to get in serious trouble for that. I know from when I lived in WNY, the postal service does not take kindly to such things. They had a temp dude dumping mail off a bridge into a creek. They prosecuted the heck out of the dude and sent a LOT of mailmen into the gorge and through the creek to find as much mail as they could. Quote
brushhoggin Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 holy carp! so they do this so they won't have to deliver em all? i wonder how many were publishers clearing house Quote

Super User Long Mike Posted December 5, 2009 Super User Posted December 5, 2009 Aceman, with your capitalization and punctuation skills, I can't believe that you don't have at least a six figure annual income. Quote
NewAngler Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 Tampering with mail is a federal offense, I'm pretty sure tracking that kind of stuff is pretty easy with todays technology, ey? Quote

Stasher1 Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 Looks like something my lazy-*** mailman would do. Hell, he wouldn't even get out of the little truck to set my packages on the doorstep. He'd just lean out the side of the truck and toss them into my garage door. > Quote
moby bass Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 Really, wow your guy is good. At least he leaves it. Mine sits in his car and blows the horn until I come out. If I'm not home, he doesn't leave it. Quote
Super User cart7t Posted December 5, 2009 Super User Posted December 5, 2009 Was there a Johnny Morris Signature reel inside of a priority mail box with Sartell Mn. as the destination? If so, it's mine. Quote

Super User Gone_Phishin Posted December 9, 2009 Super User Posted December 9, 2009 Our previous deliverer simply left boxes on a crossbeam on our mail/paper boxes. One day I came home from work, and found a box containing a TD-Z, Fuego, and Zillion, all super-tuned. They had been sitting out there all day. I wasn't too happy to say the least. Quote
