I'm not sure what I think about it. It's definitely gross, but unethical? I dunno. As far as I have been told, fish can't feel pain so I'm not sure what the moral dilemma is.

Reminds me of South Park a few weeks ago...Chicken and cow use dolphin and whale as scapegoat?

I think it's about as  up as tossing a bass on shore and leaving it there to die.

You want to eat the fish while it's alive? Fine, bite its head off and chow down but don't torture it.

Just cause it is different doesn't make it wrong. Be open minded. Other countries make fun of us all the time because of what goes into our fast food.

I don't eat fish so I'm good.

My wife said she feels bad for the fish. ;D

This is true I'm in a world religions class and you wouldn't believe all of the other things other cultures do, yet they still think most of the things we do is crazy.

That being said, what is the point in going through the extra trouble to keep it alive? Would it really make it taste that much better?

I feel bad for the fish, and watching a suffering half burned alive fish is a little unappetizing lol.

Actually, I understand that it is a very clean way to eat the fish.  Just before the fish goes in they get SOO freaked out it scares the S#%^ outta them.... ;D ;D ;D
