Those words came back and bit him when that one pass went straight through his hands and popped him in the facemask. Looked like a decent pass to me.

Roy said post game, it was it fault the team lost.

    I don't hear that from many pros these days.

Also note, the TD he caught was not celebrated.

This loss is something to build on.   

This is the first time, the  Boys lost as a team, we haven't been one of those in awhile.     That there is the progress most don't see!

There's 9 other teams that have the same record - or better - than them right now. So why then do they get so much TV air time on Monday night and Sunday night football?  They're not that good!  They haven't won a playoff game in how many years?  Yet they get much more national TV games than the other teams. THAT'S over-hyped!

They haven't won a playoff game in how many years? Yet they get much more national TV games than the other teams. THAT'S over-hyped!

Same thing in baseball, no matter how good/terrible a team is in a given year...cubs, bosox, yanks, dodgers, etc.

The Cowboys are on TV because people want to watch the Cowboys.  What's so hard to figure out about that?  If folks wanted to watch the Browns, the Browns would be on TV.

But seriously, I get sick of having this team shoved down our throats year-after-year, even though they can't win a single playoff game for the life of them.  I mean, I really don't like Pittsburgh either, but I can understand seeing them in the limelight, being the reigning champs and all.  But a team that consistently loses when the pressure is on?  That makes about as much sense as showcasing Oakland on Sunday/Monday night football every other week!  (Sorry Scott)

It's really hard to understand how such an under-performing team (in terms of playoffs) can be showcased so often on national TV.  They must have one heck of a PR team or something, because I'm just not seeing it.

I think Gone_Phishin is right.  It's essentially lack of intelligence and creativity on the TV exec's part.

At least you can find alternate viewing at times. We are bombarded with it and locked in with no alternative thanks to the NFL and that four letter network.

When you have such a rich history of winning, its easy to be hated.    I can live with 5 rings!!!! ;D

         Some are always gonna be jealous.      

I wished they didn't shove crappy teams down our throats as well, but that happens.   

   Even though my team has been awful the past decade or so, the NFL east is still one of the better divisonal races in football  most years, thus prime time coverage.

   I guess you could say if your divisons were not so crappy most of the time, your divison and teams might get more coverage. ;D

Romo has looked quite crisp these last few weeks.We need Roy Williams to step up and make some plays.I could also go for fewer penalties with the O-LINE(specially Flozelle The Hotel Adams)We have a 3 headed monster at RB.D-fence is holding their own.For all the haters who say the Cowboys suck you probably don't have 5-Superbowl rings.

And Brent....as I said in my post above, 'I could be wrong'......and it didnt say that Bob Ryan guy was working for NFL Films at the time he made the comment, although he is now. He was probably a Cowboys employee way back then when he said it, then got hired by NFL Films on down the road.
