Super User fourbizz Posted October 31, 2009 Super User Posted October 31, 2009 I am so tired of hack and slash RPGs. We need a high qaulity turn based game. New Dragonquest or something along the lines of FF X. That being said, I will probably play it, lol. Quote
Koop Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Yeah should be an ok game... wish it was turn based also... Quote

Fourbizz, I am with you man I love a true turn based RPG, unfortunately the next closest one coming out is Resonance of Fate ( 360 ) which is a real time turn based . Right now I am playing Cross Edge on PS3, but there is nothing like the old school games I.E. Dragon Warrior , Shining Force. Quote
Super User fourbizz Posted November 1, 2009 Super User Posted November 1, 2009 If you want to play some old school rpgs on your 360, check out "Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection" It has all of the Shining Force games and Phantasy Star 1 and 2 on it. Quote
jeremyt Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Funny you said that one game I got it today and started playing the Shining Force series. Quote
Koop Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 I loved shining force... do they have something like that for the ps3? Quote
jeremyt Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 I think Sonics ultimate collection was released on PS3 as well. It is like $18 for 40 games. Not a bad deal at all, just remember that these are originally released games so the graphics are not up to date. Quote
Koop Posted November 8, 2009 Posted November 8, 2009 Had a good story line. Was rather disappointed with the graphics. Was way to short of a game, played through on hard and beat it already. Quote
