CFFF 1.5 Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 We are buying our first house. It was my Fiance's grandmother's house and we are really excited. We got a good deal on it. It is a 3 br 2 ba 1250sq ft. with a big screened in back porch. 1.6 acres and it is water front. We close on the 24th of November. This $8,000 first time homebuyer tax credit is awesome. View from the Back Porch. Quote

CFFF 1.5 Posted November 5, 2009 Author Posted November 5, 2009 Love the pond. How much are you paying for it? Just curious. I'm only going to say $5,000 less than it appraised for and the seller is paying for the 3% of closing costs and the Inspection, Appraisal, and Survey. Quote
