drmnbig Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 If it's any consolation, I'm very happy here. I've been to a few very tasteless forums and I have to say I enjoy being able to open pretty much any thread with my 5 year old daughter looking over my shoulder. I say great job!!! Quote

I say great job!!! x2 When I'm home and on the forums I'm usally on the couch with laptop. My kids are always looking on the screen at people's avatars, they like seeing the pics of the fish. ;D If somebody starts getting out of control they should be banned, I mean there's 24000 members here the mods do a great job keeping everybody in-line. Bigbub Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 Glenn you and the other mods do agreat job running this site. This is a great place to share and learn new and different techniques. A lot of other sites I've been on don't compare to this site. People here are more than happy to help you out with all kinds of things. Keep up the GREAT work. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. dave Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 " even though the person posting may not be aware they're sounding.... " I've said it before and I'll say it again keep in mind that print leaves a lot to be desired on what someone may mean or how they come acrossed vs a live conversation. We should all keep that in mind before we react ( easier said than done sometimes ) Emoticons, emoticons, emoticons. Quote

After surviving the lower parts of forum life, this site is like a breath of fresh air. But I know that this isn't accomplished without all of the work you and the mods do. Quote

Super User Grey Wolf Posted October 29, 2009 Super User Posted October 29, 2009 Dang, I guess I missed the fun!!!! Going to have to hunt less and be here more. Kelley You really didn't miss a thing , every thing is done behind closed doors. Keep hunting. Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted October 29, 2009 Author BassResource.com Administrator Posted October 29, 2009 Nothing much happened, Kelly. It's more of a gentle reminder overall due to a slowly growing trend, that's all. What little did happen, I explained above...in the open...no "closed doors". Quote
Super User Grey Wolf Posted October 29, 2009 Super User Posted October 29, 2009 Sorry but I wasn't talking about your explanation , which was very clear and to the point. Quote
