GLADES Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 What do you football experts think? Does Miami have a chance to win this game? It is a sandwich game for NO (NY-Mia-Atl) and since they are playing in miami, the Fins should have an edge. I think it will be a close high scoring game. Mia 31 NO 30 Quote
tbird Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 I like Miami but I dont think they can hang with N.O.who last week took apart the NYG which had the best defense in the NFL. Look for a score like this... Miami - 17 N.O. - 42 T Quote
Super User Tin Posted October 23, 2009 Super User Posted October 23, 2009 After seeing Nawlin's destroy the Giant's I don't see them loosing more than 2 games. They will probably get beat by in a divisional game to either the Flacon's and they game against the Pat's will be a coin toss. But no, they will not loose this weekend. They have the offense of the 2007 Pat's and have a shot at going 16-0. Quote
Super User Sam Posted October 23, 2009 Super User Posted October 23, 2009 Over by the half. Saints having fun again in the warm Florida sunshine. Quote
Super User Catt Posted October 23, 2009 Super User Posted October 23, 2009 Key match up the Dolphins secondary vs. the Saints receivers with Drew Brees Quote

NewAngler Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 Do you guys remember two years ago when Miami almost went 0-16? Remember the game against the Pats, and i think it was like 42-7..? I think it will be like that. The headlines in Miami will be "But we scored!" Quote
GLADES Posted October 23, 2009 Author Posted October 23, 2009 At least the Fins are improving. I dont think a redskins can say that with a straight face. The Fins are more physical up front the the saints. If they can stop the saints running game early and get their usual 175 yards rushing, it could be an interesting game in the 4th quarter. Quote
GLADES Posted October 23, 2009 Author Posted October 23, 2009 Key match up the Dolphins secondary vs. the Saints receivers with Drew Brees I think we match up well there. The TE over the middle and the screens to Bush will be the trouble spots. Quote

BassDeaton01 Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 I'm with you Matt Fly...I wouldn't mind seeing the Saints going all the way. Also, if and I say if Miami stops the run then Brees is going to do the same thing he did against NY and THROW the ball. We aren't talking about a Delhomme here. It's Brees and he can throw! Quote
Super User Catt Posted October 23, 2009 Super User Posted October 23, 2009 Dolphins pass defense is 18th in the nation while the Giants is 1st; Brees light up the Giants for 369 yards & 4 TDs Drew Brees leads the NFL with a QB rating of 118.4 that's 4.3 higher than Payton Manning who annihilated the Dolphins secondary Ya still think the Dolphins secondary can hang? The Aints in the Super Bowl has this taken place yet! Quote
Super User Tin Posted October 23, 2009 Super User Posted October 23, 2009 The only team that has a shot at beating them in the regular season is New England, and I don't see it happening. But I do see a combined 80 points being put up and the best televised night game in years. Brees is completing almost 70% of his throws and is a sniper when it comes to throwing the long ball. He will pick apart any defense and put points up with the long ball and his accuracy. Quote
Super User Grey Wolf Posted October 23, 2009 Super User Posted October 23, 2009 The Saints may have a let down but I doubt it. Quote
BassDeaton01 Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 6-0 as they should be. Good game though. Brees and the Saints showed why you should Never Give Up!! As Ike would say! Quote
GLADES Posted October 26, 2009 Author Posted October 26, 2009 Saints played like champions. The Fins epic self destruction was hard to watch. Quote
