Traffic was a #%$^&& due to the storm/wind. I hear on the radio that their was an accident on the freeway I normally take to work and that traffic was backed up so I decided to take another route. While waiting (10 minutes) on the ramp to get on the other freeway, I got rear-ended. I get out of my truck to check out the damage and trade info with the person who hit me and ended up getting all wet and got my shoes all muddy. I waited another 5 minutes but traffic was not moving so I made a U-turn and went home. Screw work!

I too work in sac and that was an epic storm.  I kept an eye on the dopplar all day at work and never saw a clearing  Just green with giant red and yellow patches across the whole state.

I-80 East bound into roseville wasn't too bad accident wise but pretty scary driving with 55+ MPH winds and typhoon rains.  I think that was the worst of it.   At least folsom is back on the rise right   ;D
