As a lifelong Vikes fan, I wasn't too thrilled with them signing BF this year, but if it helps them win I'll deal with it. Quote

Sure am, I have even met Bret when I was little he bought his lab from my neighbor. I got to play catch with him for a little bit (I was about 10 or 12, still got the ball signed in a case). I think he will definitely help the Vikings this season, he is a solid QB and no one can argue with that. I can't really blame him for leaving the Packers after what all happened, but at the same time its a kick in the nuts. Should be interesting when we host you all at Lambeau this year... to say the least. Quote

seyone Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Jake Delhomme. I think he was trying out for the eagles today. Mcnabb is injured, I know Jake likes throwing to eagles. ;D Quote

Super User 5bass Posted September 14, 2009 Super User Posted September 14, 2009 Wow! Green Bay found a defense in the off season! They're making Cutler look like Orton. Quote
Koop Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Wow! Green Bay found a defense in the off season! They're making Cutler look like Orton. To bad their offense looks like a high school team so far. This game isn't going to turn out well for Green Bay unless they turn it around. Let me rephrase that... Barbre is playing like garbage... he has been the weak point in our offense this entire game. I guarantee he wont start next week, he is being made to look like a fool. Quote
preach4bass Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Koopa, I thought you were going to the game. It's a good one so far. Quote
Koop Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Koopa, I thought you were going to the game. It's a good one so far. Was supposed to, until my friend who "had an extra ticket" ended up calling me with a lame excuse an hour before we were supposed to go. So just watchin the game with my old man having a few beers at my house. Quote
CanalStalkin Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 49ers off to a decent start. Might even be able to stomach watching a game this season! Quote
Koop Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Oh, you know that guy too? > unfortunately. > Quote
Koop Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 wow what a turn of events... 3rd and 1 conversion for a TD with under 2 minutes... then Harris seals the deal. Defense won the game for us tonight... and Cutler. Good game though, though our offense was garbage besides a handful of plays. I think Barbre will be replaced, even though he turned it around in the 2nd half, he got man-handled most of the game. Quote
done Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 The Eagles have a tough game right out of the gate. It is all up to their offensive line... Naa their offensive line does not have to do anything. not when we got Jake giving you guys the game on a silver platter. Quote
