Super User Bassn Blvd Posted August 30, 2009 Super User Posted August 30, 2009 Out of respect for Muddy, I haven't talked about food in a while because of his diet. Well, sorry Muddy but I can't hold out any longer. What are some of your favorite leftovers? Here my all time fav's. Cold pizza (I'm on my 2nd slice ) Cold meatloaf sandwich Cold fried chicken, (with or without honey). Spaghetti. Always taste better a day or two later for some reason. Quote

mrlitetackle Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Posted by: Koopa Posted on: Today at 8:48am Honey glazed ham sammich's with leftover ham on rolls from Thanksgiving. (This is my favorite of all time) Cheesy Enchilada's... all the cheese gets remelted and the tortilla's get a bit crispier... mmm close to my fav. but the best is after thanksgiving, taking nearly everything that there is, turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, etc, etc.... and cramming it all between 2 pieces of toast. nestle up to that, and a frosty cold leftover beer....... and im set! seyone Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 I am in the minority, I HATE leftover pizza. My favorite leftovers are tacos Quote

Big Mike in Fl Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 I love left over spaghetti sauce, the way I make my sauce is very thick with meat, and I eat it almost like a chili for left overs, without the pasta. I'll make a huge pot when I first cook it, just so I have the left overs for a while. I also do the same thing with nacho/taco meat, I'll cook up 4lbs at a time so I have many meals out of it. Quote
