Super User SPEEDBEAD. Posted July 26, 2009 Super User Posted July 26, 2009 Exactly how long does it take to get used to the new metal on my left hand? ;D Had a wonderful wedding with my beautiful bride yesterday. She is taking a nap right now after a very long couple of days prepping for the wedding. Thanks again to all who made well-wishes. Leaving for Jamaica on Tuesday. Later everyone!!! Quote
Super User Bassn Blvd Posted July 26, 2009 Super User Posted July 26, 2009 Exactly how long does it take to get used to the new metal on my left hand? ;D Put your foot down, draw the line NOW and put that piece of metal on your key chain . Again, Congrats on your special day. You will notice that you will get more girls flirting with you now that you are married. That ring is a chick magnet. Watch and see. Quote

Never noticed any increase in flirting. But then again, I wasn't looking for any. Congrats on your nuptials. May your marriage be happy and long! Quote
Super User Muddy Posted July 26, 2009 Super User Posted July 26, 2009 God Bless you Wayne; I wish you some children: FAMILY IS THE BEST PART OF LIFE!!!!!! don't forget; take the bus to Negril, go to Rick's Cafe, dig the sunshine and dive naked off the cliff!!!!!!!! Quote
Super User bilgerat Posted July 26, 2009 Super User Posted July 26, 2009 Exactly how long does it take to get used to the new metal on my left hand? ;D Get a job working around machinery or live electrical circuits and you NEVER have to wear it !! My wife is OK with this. She sees what I look like some days coming in from work and knows nobody's been checkin' me out.... I do wear it on occasion though. Best of luck to both of you. Quote

Uncle Leo Posted July 27, 2009 Posted July 27, 2009 Congratulations and have a great honeymoon. I had my wedding ring re-sized 3 times and have not worn it for 6 months, no time to re-size again. You can still see the mark it made. Quote
