Little Luey Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 It would have to be the Raiders or Cowboys. These teams historically take risks on these type of players (though, it looks like buffalo is trying to add their name to that list) I would probably add Washington Redskins to that list. Quote
llPa1nll Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 He is being given a second chance, I sure hope he doesn't mess it up like so many other have. I could see him landing in New England and being used in a wildcat type role. Especially since Brady does not have a proven backup anymore. Later, No! No! and ummm ya NO! He was becoming a marginal QB at best his last few yrs in the league what does he have to offer now being a year older and a year out of the game and slower... Quote
BadKarma42 Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 I belive I had read on the ESPN ticker that Dallas and two other teams have stated that they were not interested in him. I have been trying to think all day who the other two teams were, but I just can't remember. Quote

Super User Matt Fly Posted July 28, 2009 Super User Posted July 28, 2009 Stealers will take him. : Don't you think Seatlles offense needs some help Glenn? Quote
Uncle Leo Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 Da Bears, that should get Cutlers jock bunched up, we just love a QB controversy in Chicago. Did I say DA BEARS. Quote
Daniel A. Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 Stealers will take him. : Based on what? Your distaste for them?? Isn't Seattle in dire need of any offensive help available? Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted July 29, 2009 BassResource.com Administrator Posted July 29, 2009 Seattle doesn't need any help in quarterback position. They don't have any problems with their QB being sued. ;D But I do believe the Stealers will take him. But don't take my word on it: http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2009/07/28/vick-to-the-steelers/ http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601079&sid=ar9gBU9klsTY BTW - the oddsmakers are giving 4-1 odds they'll take Vick. Seattle? 15-1. Quote
bass or bass ? Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 Don't you have to have a criminal record to play for the Dallas Cowboys? ;DThere's a perfect match. The only game I ever rooted against the Steelers was last years superbowl against my Cardinals. One of my parent's best friends when I was growing up was a Steelers physician so I got to know most of the 70's team personally 8-). If they sign Vick I will never root for them again. > Quote

Siebert Outdoors Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 I figured it out. The Rams should sign him. The controversy might make them show up and play some football this year. ;D Quote
