You should get Speedbead on your team and have him make up some of his chicken he made at the roadtrip. You'd have taken first easily.

Love Love Love the BBq. I have a smoker, smoke most of my own BBq, pretty good if I say so myself.

Of all the guys helping with the Roadtrip, your effort was exceptional.

Planing a dinner for 50 guys in Kentucky is a challenge when you have

to make the haul from PA! 95% of your chicken was rated a dead solid

TEN.

I would like you as a cooking partner anytime, anywhere.
