Burley, you really let me down this time. Knowing your style and taste of things you like to prepare yourself, I can't believe you are using a jarred cocktail sauce. seriously. I mean,...you even make your own hummice!! now, I am a BIG FAN of the "Old Bay" company, but cocktail sauce was meant to be made by hand Ketchup horseradish (extra hot) lemon juice dab of garlic oil It's all in the horseradish sauce, more=hotter, but you have to start with the X-hot version right off the bat for that proper kick. Below is a pic of the only stuff I use, Inglehoffer. Find your balance Quote

Its generally brown paper bags, or paper plates in real nice establishments! Quote
Super User CWB Posted May 13, 2009 Super User Posted May 13, 2009 You guys need to find a wife that will cook for you. More time to fish! Quote
1inStripes Posted May 14, 2009 Posted May 14, 2009 The old Inglehoffer is good on about anything. I keep a jar in the fridge for cocktail sauce or Roast beef sandwich needs. I can't blame Burley though for taking the quick cut on a vacation. Quote
MitchIsFishin Posted May 16, 2009 Posted May 16, 2009 Your still a weirdo This coming from a booger picker............ Still, make your own cocktail sauce. It's too easy & much better. Quote
