gravyfor3 Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 http://www.ngcsports.com/?subid=2572&source=pjn they claim alot of stuff on this website about these baits.. but it sounds kinda fake to me. however they do look like they work some. idk much about these lures, does anyone on here? Quote
Super User fishfordollars Posted June 16, 2008 Super User Posted June 16, 2008 They are great for gifts. They are not the best for catching bass. Most of the standard lures will do the job better at a cheaper price. The lures and adds on this site are designed to do one thing the best. Seperate you from your hard earned money. Quote
Super User Raul Posted June 16, 2008 Super User Posted June 16, 2008 they claim alot of stuff on this website about these baits.. ? You don 't think the baker is going to claim his bread isn 't warm do you ? Quote
Bass_Fanatic Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 my fiance's grandpaw bought me some of these off of an ad on t.v. and they are just flat out cheaply built. I have fouyr of the kicken swimbait things and they tear up just by lookin at them. My advise, stay far far away from gimmicks like these!! Quote
Olebiker Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 Generally speaking, products like these are not sold in stores for one of two reasons. 1. No reputable sporting goods dealer wants his name associated with them. 2. People would not buy them if they see how cheaply they are made. Quote
TournyFish001 Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 It pays off sometimes to be different but at some point one must draw the line- Quote
hawghunter1744 Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 Check out the walking worm advertisement about halfway down the page. It's claiming the guy is holding a 19.5 and a 15 lb bass.... at least make it believable. The bigger one MIGHT be in double digits but the one on the right is a lot closer to 5. That doesn't even look a little bit realistic.. I would save my money and stick with some proven senkos. Quote
