Ive had pretty bad acne th last few years dont know why? Well i was on a bodybuilding forum and I read about someone using apple cider vineagar to cure acne. I am now a beliver after 3 weeks of use it seems to be clearing up ALOT! Ive been putting it on at night or sometimes just doing 3tbls really fast, taste pretty nasty. Just thought id throw this out there i know it sounds weird but its cheap and seems to be effective.

There's quite a few old home remedies for acne.  Dabbing fresh lemon juice or toothpaste on a blemish can work as well.

Apple cider vinegar is a good all-around cleanser, and quite safe.

You can also gargle with that vinegar and cure sore throats as well.
