Super User Bassn Blvd Posted March 21, 2009 Super User Posted March 21, 2009 A suspect forced his way into the occupied residence via the front door about 8am. The occupants, a Major for my Sheriff's office and his wife. The Major was getting out of the shower when he heard someone forcing their way into the house. Major wrapped a towel around himself and confronted the suspect, who was now inside. Brief scuffle ensued resulting in a dead suspect with one gun shot to head. My thoughts: Great start to a perfect day. Quote

Also, while I agree the creep got what's coming to him, that family may never feel the same about that house. Sad. Quote

Thanks for clearing that up. There was a guy recently who broke into a martial arts studio......while a class was going on. ;D Quote

GLADES Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 Score another one for the good guys. Good job! That dead perp will surely qualify for the Darwin Award. Im glad the officers family is safe and no one else was injured. Quote
bassnleo Posted March 23, 2009 Posted March 23, 2009 A burglar broke into a local officers house here last week. The suspect ended up in the hospital with alot of stiches in his forehead. Then he has the stones to scream Police brutality.... He's lucky he's not pushing up daisies. Quote

They are not many things more dangerous than stupid people in large groups. Quote

Take them out once and for all. Chances are they'll just commit a crime again. Quote
nickb Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 Thieves burn me up. I agree that that is not the way that I would want to start my day, but that guy deserved what he got. Work for what you want/need. Don't take what other's have worked for. I'm sure that I'm just preaching to the choir. Quote
Mottfia Posted March 26, 2009 Posted March 26, 2009 That major is a beast of a MAN. Remind me to shake his hand one day! Quote
