Super User Sam Posted March 3, 2009 Super User Posted March 3, 2009 That was a beautiful animal. I wonder how old that shark is? Quote
Super User SPEEDBEAD. Posted March 3, 2009 Super User Posted March 3, 2009 Now that would give you some nice steaks.... Sharks have always fascinated and terrified me at the same time. Quote
rippin_lips Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 I caught one about 1/10th of that size off Cape Cod this summer. I though that was cool, I can only imagine what these guys were thinking. Quote
NYfishwow Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 thats kind of rare, catching 11 ft shark off gulf coast TX, i heard great white sharks move out of their range in many parts of ocean. There was a show of great white shark attack near one of islands in caribbean. It was a 1/10,000,000 chance of attack, but still happened. So its likely they can be anywhere in Ocean. Quote
Siebert Outdoors Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 I think were gonna need a bigger boat. LOL Quote
seyone Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 Now that would give you some nice steaks.... was thinking the same thing. Quote

tyrius. Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 Kind of sad that such an impressive fish died. Amazing catch though. Quote
tallydude Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Kind of sad that such an impressive fish died. Amazing catch though. My thoughts exactly. The removal of an apex predator like that can't be good. Quote
