Super User burleytog Posted January 15, 2009 Super User Posted January 15, 2009 It featured the most horrendous packing job I've ever seen. Who tapes a box shut with tons of scotch tape? If I did that, the box would never get to the recipient. And inside? I'm almost afraid to touch anything as it's all covered in white powder. Quote
Super User Muddy Posted January 15, 2009 Super User Posted January 15, 2009 TIN OR LBH! ;D Both from that neck of the woods and both work for UPS, explains the packaging! Quote
Super User Muddy Posted January 15, 2009 Super User Posted January 15, 2009 For making fun of the LBH Shirts! Quote
Super User burleytog Posted January 15, 2009 Author Super User Posted January 15, 2009 For making fun of the LBH Shirts! Takes a lot more than cornmeal and syrup to stop that. Quote
Super User Jimzee Posted January 15, 2009 Super User Posted January 15, 2009 is that bone? Kind of curious about that one myself. Looks like something I would do. Quote

=Matt 5.0= Posted January 16, 2009 Posted January 16, 2009 SOMEONE SOLD US OUT ON OUR STATE DRINK. :-/ Coffee syrup is sacred and shall be treated as such.... Quote
1inStripes Posted January 16, 2009 Posted January 16, 2009 We can go get some endangered species out of the Clinch instead to substitute. Quote
Super User Tin Posted January 16, 2009 Super User Posted January 16, 2009 O please, for what I had, that was a sweet packing job... There was ZERO masking or duct tape in the house and all the newspaper from that day was used to get the woodstove going. And yes, that is a dog bone. I am sick of sneeking into my house at night, trying not to wake anyone and stepping on the bulldog's dam toys. That one being the most painful to step on hd to be shipped away where she will never find it. Quote

Low_Budget_Hooker Posted January 16, 2009 Posted January 16, 2009 Burley, serious question, Have you ever had Johnny Cakes? It's the other product made by Kenyon Corn meal. That picture on the front of the box is the actual mill it is ground in. It is a daily UPS pick up so I know the folks over there. The cool thing about this stuff is it's ground on the original stone from when they built the mill, it's about 10 ft wide and 4 ft thick and is water powered from the lake/river and a water wheel. My mom and I meet every Sunday for Johnny cakes, it's our thing. I like em thin and crispy. If you look closely, you can see Tin's great, great, great gran pappy wettin' a line. Quote

It is now lying in the weeds on the side of the road. At first I was 'W T F is this thing? Some form of hardened anthrax powder? Syphillis in it's purest form? Freeze-dried RI snow?' ;D Thanks Spidernut, I'm getting ready to enjoy my first taste of coffee milk. Quote
TheBeast Posted January 16, 2009 Posted January 16, 2009 I'm surprised you didn't keep the bone to give to Ceaser or Tennessee. Come on out, I got a fresh pot brewing right now and we can be poisoned together. Quote
